I received this message when trying to install component. I seem to be using the correct version for my configuration.
* JInstaller::install: File '/home/mccpacif/public_html/tmp/install_4b859b96a9e89/install.eventsmailer.php' does not exist.
* Component Install: Could not copy PHP install file.

Solved, I moved the provided install.eventsmailer.php file to the designated directory.
